On the 19th April 2023, Whitecap Consulting’s Lal Tawney will be the key note speaker at Milton Keynes Ethnic Business Community’s Spring network event. Lal will be presenting and hosting a discussion on Business Strategy Development where he’ll draw upon his broad experience of gained over 30 years working on strategy development, product and change management projects.

Lal also lead the development of the Milton Keynes Tech Ecosystem Report in September working with Protospace, Milton Keynes Council and other stakeholders from across Milton Keynes.

At heart, Lal describes himself as a problem solver ” “helping a clients navigate through an issue or a challenge is what makes me tick”.

Lal will share his key learnings on how to build a great strategy outlining both his favourite strategic frameworks as well as what works in the real world.
