Fixing the gender gap is a key indicator of an effective leader in the 21st century, and gender balance is essential to enable transformational business growth. But what does that mean for YOUR business?

Julia Muir, the award-winning Founder of the Automotive 30% Club and member of the STC Gender Equality and Diversity Committee has written a pioneering route map to help leaders navigate their way to a high-performing, gender-balanced business to be published for International Women’s Day, 8th March 2021.

This eye-opening book compels the reader to focus on deeds not words, stop the posturing and performative activities, and be a truly inclusive and game-changing leader.

Change the Game features:

  • case studies to illustrate how businesses like yours have implemented winning ideas
  • a compelling 5-minute pitch to inspire your team to take action
  • a call to action for men and women, and a clear demonstration of why gender balance helps both
  • reflections on how inclusive business transformation will lead to surviving and thriving in the post-pandemic period

Julia Muir is the CEO of Gaia Innovation Ltd and the award-winning Founder of the Automotive 30% Club, a network of automotive CEOs and MDs working to close the gender gap.

Julia is a Vice President of the Automotive Fellowship International and member of the STC Gender Equality and Diversity Committee. She is also a steering committee member of the Global 30% Club, which is working to appoint more women to FTSE 350 boards.
