Explore how IoT (Internet of Things) can help reduce your energy use.

Do you control your thermostat through an app?

Does your smart meter help you monitor your energy use?

So how could smart tech help us reduce our carbon footprint?

In this session we will explore devices and apps that help monitor and reduce consumption using the Internet of Things. When machine learning is added to analyse data and automate responses to certain conditions there are a wealth of ways to positively impact your carbon footprint, both at home and at work.

This is an interactive session with opportunities to ask questions and share tips.

Participants will become aware of how smart tech we use at home can also be applied in the workplace, and tips to move towards achieving the UN sustainability goals.

As this is a virtual event, dial in details will be sent out the day before.
